- Vegetable Crudite
- An assortment of fresh vegetables such as celery, carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes and cauliflower served with two dips.
- Cheese Platter
- An assortment of semi soft domestic and imported cheeses cut into bite sized pieces and served with crackers and a honey mustard sauce.
- Chicken Satay
- Skewers of chicken marinated in soy sauce and honey then grilled and served chilled with a curry peanut sauce.
- Pinwheel Platter
- An assortment of mini wraps, including turkey and bacon, ham and cheddar, roast beef and swiss cheese. Served with three sauces for dipping: molasses mustard, horseradish and sour cream sauce, and herbed mayonnaise.
