About 10:40 this morning it was reported to the county dispatch that three suspicious individuals were walking toward the Mount Joy Campus of the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center. The school was notified and asked to lock down. The announcement was made directing all teachers and staff to lock down. All external and internal doors were immediately locked.
Shortly after the lock down started, an officer from North West Regional Police arrived at the school and debreifed Dr. Michael C. Curley, Executive Director and Bridget H. Mazzocchi, Principal. The officer recapped the event and told us we could move out of lock down at about 10:50.
